Warranty
Orline' warrants the plating for 6 months from the date you receive your order, covering manufacturing faults such as abnormal plating loss or a band breaking through no fault of use.
Exchanges & returns
- Exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused and in perfect condition with the box and all accessories
- If we sent the wrong item or size, or it arrived faulty, we cover all shipping costs
- For a change of mind or wrong size ordered, the return shipping is at your cost
- Custom-made or personally engraved pieces cannot be exchanged or returned
